MasterCard, Discover, and Visa charge cards are accepted or you may mail a check or money order with your order.
 

FREE SHIPPING ON RETAIL ORDERS OVER $100:

We offer FREE ground shipping on all Retail orders of $100.00 (merchandise) or
more to destinations in the continental USA. Delivery beyond the continental
48 states or by an alternate delivery service is additional.

2ND DAY AND NEXT-DAY SERVICE:

Expedited shipping is available for customers at significantly discounted
counter rates by placing an order by phone or internet and using a credit card
for payment. Pricing is quoted at time the order is placed. Most orders placed

before 12pm noon CST will leave same day. Please call 681-781-3557 expedited shipping price quote. To request Saturday delivery, make note of such at checkout.
 

DELIVERIES REQUIRING A SIGNATURE:

To make sure your order reaches you safely, sometimes our carriers require a

signature for delivery. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before

sending the package back to Mike's Custom Lures LLC.
 

OVERSIZE ORDERS:

Oversize items requiring additional handling charges because of weight or
length may incur additional charges as will be calculated and communicated to

you at the time of check out.
 

ALASKA, HAWAII AND U.S. TERRITORIES:

Shipped via USPS at significantly discounted counter rates.
 

International Shipping Info:

PAYMENT:

Payment must be made with VISA, DISCOVER or MASTERCARD, in United States

funds. Wire Transfers may be required for orders from certain countries or dollar amount.
 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME:

Most orders received by 12pm noon EST are shipped same day. Standard International transit time is 5-15 business days, but may take longer depending on carrier delays or your geographic locations. Orders may be

shipped via US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.
 

RATES:

International orders are shipped at significantly discounted counter rates and

are available and communicated to Customers at time of order or check out.

Expedited International Shipping is provided as carriers allow at

significantly discounted counter rates.
 

DUTIES AND TAXES:

Duty and related fees are not included and are the responsibility of the

Customer.
 

OVERSIZE ORDERS:

Oversize items requiring additional handling charges because of weight or

length may incur additional charges as will be calculated and communicated at

Imperial to Metric Conversion: 1 oz. = 28.35 grams

Metric to Imperial Conversion: 1 gram = .035273 oz.
 

OUR GUARANTEE:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives you can

return unused merchandise for a prompt exchange or refund. An authorization

number and the original invoice must be included with any item returned.
 

RETURNS:

All returns must receive an authorization number from Mike's Custom Lures LLC.

Please contact Mike's Custom Lures LLC between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m.

Monday through Friday at (303) 596-1244 to receive your authorization number. No

items will be accepted for exchange or refund without an authorization number,

an original invoice or later than 30 days after delivery.
 

WARRANTY:

Mike's Custom Lures LLC carries a limited warranty for one year against manufacturer defective fishing rods.
